Refund Policy

This policy sets out the terms under which you may cancel your purchase and request a refund, including your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make from Strengthwrist. This Refund Policy sets out clearly when and how you may cancel a purchase and request a refund. It applies to all programmes, consulting services, and digital educational products sold through our website.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing online, you have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason. This is commonly referred to as the "cooling-off period."

However, please note the following exceptions which apply under UK consumer law:

  • Digital products with immediate access: If you purchase a digital educational product (such as a downloadable guide or workbook) and you have expressly requested immediate access to the digital content, and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel upon delivery, your right to cancel will expire once the digital content has been delivered to you.
  • Service commencement: If you have requested that a service (such as a consulting session) begins within the 14-day cancellation period, and you subsequently cancel, you may be charged for the proportion of the service already delivered.

For products or services where the above exceptions do not apply, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

3. How to Cancel and Request a Refund

Your cancellation request should include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at the time of purchase
  • A description of the product or programme you purchased
  • Your order reference number (if available)
  • The reason for your cancellation request

We will acknowledge your request within one working day and aim to process all valid refund requests within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

4. Refund Eligibility — Consulting Services and Personalised Plans

The following applies to consulting sessions and personalised programme plans:

  • Before any sessions have taken place: A full refund is available within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no sessions have been delivered.
  • After one or more sessions have been delivered: A partial refund may be available, calculated on a pro-rata basis for the portion of the programme not yet delivered. We will calculate and communicate this amount clearly.
  • After the full programme has been delivered: No refund is available once all agreed sessions or materials have been fully delivered.

5. Refund Eligibility — Digital Educational Products

For downloadable digital products (guides, workbooks, templates, reference packs):

  • Before download or access: A full refund is available within 14 calendar days of purchase if the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded.
  • After immediate access is granted: Where you have expressly agreed that delivery of digital content begins immediately and acknowledged the loss of the 14-day cancellation right at the time of purchase, no refund is available after the content has been accessed or downloaded, unless the content is materially defective.

6. Defective or Incorrectly Described Products

If any product or service we provide is materially defective, significantly different from its description, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 7. Refund Method

All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless we have specifically agreed an alternative with you. We do not charge any administrative fee for processing a valid refund.

Refunds will typically be processed within 14 calendar days of approving the refund request. The time for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Declined

We may decline a refund request in the following circumstances:

  • The cancellation request is received more than 14 days after the purchase date and does not relate to a defect or material misdescription
  • The digital content has been delivered and accessed, and you had expressly waived your cancellation right at the time of purchase
  • The full programme has been delivered
  • There is evidence of abuse of the refund process

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
